Kotka Maritime Festival is one of the largest and longest-running maritime summer events in Finland. Founded in 1962, the festival combines maritime culture, harbour events, concerts, markets and family-friendly activities. The event takes place on 22–25 July 2026 in Kotka’s Kantasatama and across the city.
The programme includes a wide range of maritime-themed activities, cultural events, concerts and public happenings. Many events are free of charge and the festival attracts a large audience every year, including visitors interested in maritime topics and coastal culture.
